Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
Simple and delicious Sheet Pan Fajitas made in the oven. With these tender steak and veggies from the oven you will have the best fajitas!

- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak sliced thin against the grain
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced thin
- 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
- 1 red onion sliced thin
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning or taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- corn or flour tortillas
Toppings (optional)
- cheese
- cliantro
- diced avocado
Set the oven to broil.
Spray a single sheet pan with non-stick spray.
To a large bowl add the steak, oil, peppers, onion, seasoning, and lime juice. Stir to coat.
Place the mixture on the sheet pan and spread out evenly.
Broil for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and toss everything around. Place back in the oven for an additional 8 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
Serve alongside warm tortillas and top with your favorite fajita toppings. Enjoy!
