Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breasts

  • 3 cups fresh spinach for the end

  • 1 lb penne pasta

  • Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 – 15oz jars alfredo sauce

  • 1/4 sun dried tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning

  • Dash of crushed red pepper

Directions

  • In a medium bowl mix the sauce ingredients together
  • Add the chicken to a slow cooker and pour the sauce on top cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked
  • Once the chicken is cooked boil the pasta
  • Shred the chicken and add the spinach and let it wilt down with the lid on, this will take 8-10 minutes
  • Pour the tuscan chicken and sauce over a bed of the penne noodles and enjoy
