Tuscan Alfredo Chicken

Ingredients
2 medium chicken breasts
3 cups fresh spinach for the end
1 lb penne pasta
- Sauce Ingredients
2 – 15oz jars alfredo sauce
1/4 sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
Dash of crushed red pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl mix the sauce ingredients together
- Add the chicken to a slow cooker and pour the sauce on top cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked
- Once the chicken is cooked boil the pasta
- Shred the chicken and add the spinach and let it wilt down with the lid on, this will take 8-10 minutes
- Pour the tuscan chicken and sauce over a bed of the penne noodles and enjoy
