Texas Sheet Cake Cookies

Directions

• Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
• To a medium sized bowl add in the chocolate cake mix, eggs, oil, and water mix well until combined. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray then roll about 2 tbsp into a ball then place onto the cookie sheet. Repeat for all of the dough. Bake for 9 minutes. Remove from the oven and place onto a cooking rack.
• Make the icing. To a small saucepan add the butter, milk, and cocoa powder in turn the heat to low and whisk frequently until the butter has melted and the ingredients are combined. Remove from the heat and stir in the powdered sugar one cup at a time. Drizzle this icing over the top of all of the cookies, let cool then enjoy.
