Teriyaki Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1 yellow onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 heads of broccoli, cut into smaller pieces
3 large carrots, sliced
1 lb cubed chicken breast, cubed
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce (I use the panda express brand) any brand will work
Cooked rice for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray add in all of the ingredients and stir. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice and enjoy.
