Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbs butter

  • 1 tbs minced garlic

  • 2 tbs taco seasoning

  • 1 tbs worcitcire sauce

  • 2 tbs tomato paste

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 can rotel

  • 1/2lb smaller sized pasta

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded monetary jack cheese

Directions

  • In a large pot add the ground beef in, cook through then remove the grease
  • Add butter and minced garlic stir to let the garlic become fragrant about 30 seconds
  • Now add in the taco seasoning, worciscre sauce, and tomato paste stir everything together
  • Add both broths, rotel, milk, and pasta stir well. Simmer covered for 5 minutes (stir frequently) then uncovered for 5 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
  • Once the pasta is cooked add the cheeses in, let the melt then serve!
