Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 bell peppers (any color)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
- To a skillet add the ground beef cook through, drain the grease add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese stir to melt the cheese
- Slice the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and the insides of the peppers.
- Place the bell peppers on a sheet pan then evenly scoop the ground beef mixture in each of the bell peppers sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 25-35 minutes. Enjoy
