  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 2 tbs olive oil

  • 2 tbs butter

  • Gravy
  • 1 tbs butter

  • 1 yellow onion, sliced

  • 2 tbs garlic

  • 1/2 tbs thyme

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • Add 1 tbs butter to the pan and add onions in. Caramelize by cooking about 10 – 12 minutes with frequent stirring.
  • Add garlic and thyme for 30 seconds. Add in chicken broth scraping the base of the pan. Stir in heavy cream for 1 minute. Add pork chops back in and set heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes or until pork is finished cooking and the sauce is thick. Serve hot and enjoy!
