Stir Fry Sausage Potato Skillet

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
14 oz bag frozen French frys, cut into smaller pieces
7 oz smoked sausage, cut into smaller chunks
12 oz bag frozen stir fry vegetables
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
Directions
- To a large pan on the stove over medium heat add the oil once hot add in the stir fry vegetables and cook for three minutes now stir in the french fries, sausage and seasonings.
- Let cook for 8 – 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sausage has browned and everything is cooked through
