Feta Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1.5 cups chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combing all ingredients and make 4 pressed patties.
- On a grill or in a skillet, cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side. Patties should look golden browned or slightly crispy.
- Using a meat thermometer, check temperature – internal temperature should be 165โ or above.
- Serve with favorite burger toppings on a fresh hamburger bun and enjoy!
