Okay, friends, I am here to blow your mind. You can make Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta at home with SIX ingredients and 15 minutes of hands-on prep time! This pasta is creamy and full of flavor and zing and is just overall amazing. It’s going to be a weeknight staple, for sure!

Ingredients for Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta
Can you believe that this recipe only takes SIX ingredients? This is my kind of recipe! You should have most of these things on hand, but make sure you get Olive Garden’s brand of Italian salad dressing. Don’t make it with any other brand, I repeat, DO NOT MAKE IT WITH ANY OTHER BRAND! Do I make myself clear? Lol.
- chicken breast
- Olive Garden Italian dressing (I’ve used other brands of Italian dressing and it didn’t turn out… you have been warned)
- Parmesan cheese
- cream cheese
- pepper
- fettuccine pasta

How to Make Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta
I absolutely love slow cooker recipes because of how easy they are. I don’t really understand how they make everything taste so much better than normal stovetop recipes, but I’m here for it. Easy. Delicious. Hands-off. Win Win Win!
First of all, if you don’t have a slow cooker, what are you doing with your life? Okay sorry, that was a little harsh but really, you need a slow cooker. Here are a few of my favorite slow cookers and other slow cooker accessories that will make your life easier.
To make this soup, you’ll add the chicken, Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and pepper to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Once the cooking time is almost up, you’ll cook your fettuccine pasta according to package directions and set aside.
In the slow cooker, you’ll shred the cooked chicken and mix everything together. I like to shred and mix things together with an electric hand mixer to make it easier. This hand mixer is my favorite and shreds chicken so easily!
Once everything is shredded nicely, stir in your fettuccine, and ladle into bowls. Serve with more parm on top and revel in all the deliciousness!

It was just ok! Too salty for my taste. If I make it again, I will cut the salad dressing amount in half and add some sauteed onion and multi colored peppers to give it some flavor. All in all I give it a 6 out of 10

My family LOVED this! My husband had seconds and he *rarely* does!
Turned out well. Be careful how much cheese you use or it may get a little dry. Great flavor. I’m freezing a couple single serve leftover meals for a quick meal later.
This was very easy to throw together and did taste really good but there is a slightly weird aftertaste from the olive garden dressing.
