How to make Slow Cooker Chicken Spaghetti:

Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Rotel, cubed cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and chicken breasts to the slow cooker and carefully stir everything together.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and is at least 160 degrees F. 

Once the chicken is cooked remove it to a cutting board and chop the chicken into smaller pieces. Add the chopped chicken back into the slow cooker.

To a medium-sized pot fill it with water and cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.

Once the pasta is tender strain and add into the slow cooker also add in the shredded cheese. 

Stir well and let cook covered for 10 more minutes.

Stir again and serve.

If you want to speed up the process of this meal a bit, instead of using chicken breasts, you could always get a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, shred the chicken, and add it to the creamy sauce.

  • 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes and diced chilies)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed

  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 lb chicken breasts

  • 12 oz uncooked spaghetti

  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
