To a slow cooker add all of the ingredients except the “toppings for the end”. 

Stir and place the lid on top cook on LOW for 6 hours OR HIGH for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is completely cooked. 

Once cooked shred the chicken with two forks and serve in a bowl with your favorite burrito bowl toppings.
