Slow Cooker Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 diced yellow onion
3 cups chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients except the cheese in to a slow cooker and stir. Cover with lid and cook on HIGH for 3-3 1/2 hours or until the chicken has cooked through and the rice is tender.
- Stir the cheese in and serve
