I’m coming to you live, from my kitchen, with another hit sheet pan recipe. Savory, a little sweet, and full of zing Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes is one of my favorite easy one-pan meals.

Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes Ingredients

This sheet pan meal is super easy and full of yummy flavor. To make this, you’ll need just a few ingredients.

How to Make Sheet Pan Ham, Potatoes, and Green Beans

This meal is so simple and easy to make but seems more impressive than it actually is. It’s a sheet pan meal, which for some people means throwing everything on the same pan and cooking it for the same amount of time. While this works sometimes, it usually doesn’t. Many different ingredients cook at different rates, and you have to be careful about that when you bake everything on the same sheet pan. For this meal, the green beans and the potatoes take the longest to cook, so we’ll cook those first, then add the ham later, so that you don’t end up with tender veggies and dry ham, or juicy ham and crunchy veggies.

Step one: Prepare your potatoes and green beans. Dice your potatoes and trim your green beans. Toss those with a little olive oil and salt and pepper and set them to roast for about 10 minutes.

Step two: Prepare the honey mustard. While you’re waiting for the veggies, mix together the honey, mustard, garlic, olive oil, water, and rosemary and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step three: Prepare the ham. Take your veggies out of the oven after 10 minutes and flip. Now add your ham (sliced in half) to the pan and top with your honey mustard sauce.

Step four: Bake. Bake everything together for about 25 minutes, or until the ham is warmed through and the veggies and fork tender. Broil in the oven for a couple minutes to crisp everything up. Serve up, wow your family, and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb golden potatoes

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed

  • 3 tbsp olive oil, divided

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 lb ham steak

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place onto a greased sheet pan. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper.
  • Place the green beans onto the sheet pan with the potatoes and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive and a dash of salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. After time is up, take the sheet pan out of the oven, flip the potatoes and green beans, and set your sheet pan aside while you prepare your ham.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, water, and rosemary; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Slice the ham in half and place onto the sheet pan (it’s ok if it’s touching the potatoes and green beans).
  • Brush the ham with the honey mustard mixture.
  • Bake for 25-28 minutes and broil for 2 minutes at the end. Enjoy!
