Ingredients
1 Smithfield Applewood Smoked Bacon Tenderloin (or any flavor)
1 lb asparagus (trimmed)
1 lb Brussel sprouts (halved)
1 lb golden potatoes (cut into bite sized pieces)
4 tbs olive oil
2-3 tbs lemon juice
Dash of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In a large bowl add the potatoes, asparagus, brussel sprouts, oil, seasonings, and lemon juice stir to combine
- Place the vegetable mixture on a greased sheet pan place the pork tenderloin in the center of the sheet pan
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the pork reaches 145 degrees internally
