Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup bbq sauce
- Dry Rub
3 tbs brown sugar
dash salt and pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together the dry rub ingredients.
- On a parchment paper lined sheet pan, coat the chicken with the dry rub.
- Bake at 400℉ for about 40 minutes. Brush bbq sauce on top side of drumsticks and continue to bake for an additional 15 – 25 minutes or until completely cooked through.
