Dinner doesn’t have to be boring, and with this Rotisserie Chicken with Orzo Skillet dinner recipe you can have the most juicy chicken dinner made with tender chicken and small pasta all made with a store-bought rotisserie chicken.

Easy recipes are my favorite and with the combination of the precooked chicken and everything made in one pot, this is such an easy dinner recipe making it perfect for weeknight dinners when the last thing you want to do is cook.

If you are looking for new recipes the whole family will love, this one-pot meal will easily become one of your new favorite recipes after you make it the first time.

Type of chicken to use for chicken orzo skillet:

When making this recipe I love to just use a premade rotisserie chicken from the deli section at my grocery store. It keeps this recipe super simple and lessens the cooking time for this dinner recipe.

If you cannot get a rotisserie chicken in advance, you can always make up some boneless chicken breasts and shred them in advance for this recipe. Just make sure you are using pre-cooked chicken as the time for this recipe will not give enough time to cook the chicken through.
