Ingredients
1 large zucchini diced
1/2 red onion diced
3 large carrots diced
1 large head of broccoli chopped
1 tbs minced garlic
3 tbs olive oil
1/2 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrease
- In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper place the entire vegetable mixture on the sheet pan
- Bake for 35 minutes or until your vegetables are tender
