Potato Turkey Bacon Casserole

Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 lb ground turkey
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3 large potatoes, shredded
8oz sour cream
2.5oz real bacon bits
4oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- To a large skillet over medium heat add the oil once it’s hot add in the onion, turkey, and half the amount of all of the seasonings break the turkey up and cook it through.
- To a large bowl all the shredded potatoes, sour cream, cooked turkey mixture, bacon bits, and the remaining seasonings. Stir well. Place into a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
