Ingredients
4-6 small to medium sized russet potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
- Sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried Rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
2lb pork tenderloin
2 tbsp butter, sliced
Directions
- To a small bowl add in the minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, low sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried Rosemary, and olive oil. Stir well.
- Place the onion on one side of the slow cooker. Place the pork over the top.
- Get a sheet of aluminum foil and place it in the slow cooker next to the pork and form it into a bowl. Place the potatoes in the foil bowl in the slow cooker. Place the butter over them top then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Poor the sauce over the pork
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the pork is cooked through.
