Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
4 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopper pecans
10 oz maraschino cherries
2-20 oz cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 cup thin sliced butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray
- Place the melted butter and brown sugar into the baking dish and stir well then spread it out.
Add the pecans, cherries, and crushed pineapple in, spread the pineapple out but don’t stir it.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the top and carefully spread it out but don’t mix it.
Place the slices of butter on the top (don’t mix it)
Bake for 40 minutes!
