Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie No-Bake

Ingredients
- Oreo Crust
1/4 cup melted butter
10 oz Oreo cookies
- Peanut Butter Filling
1 cup creamy peanut butter
5 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz whipped topping
- Chocolate Shell
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Directions
- Oreo Crust
- Crush the Oreos using a food processor or in a large plastic bag and a rolling pin. Mix the crushed Oreos and the melted butter.
- Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Peanut Butter Filling
- Add the peanut butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat together until well combined. Beat in the whipped topping until well combined. Spread this mixture over the Oreo curst. Refrigerate while you work on the chocolate topping.
- Chocolate Topping
- To a microwave-safe bowl add the chocolate chips and whipping cream. Place in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after every 30 seconds, until it is completely melted. Pour over the top of the pie. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Garnish with crushed Reese’s and enjoy!
