Parmesan Chicken Pasta – 10 Minute Dinner

Ingredients
10 oz penne pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of the water the pasta was cooking in
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a pot of boiling water on the stove. Once the pasta is cooked remove 1/2 cup of the water the pasta was cooking in and set it to the side, drain the pasta
- To a large deeper skillet on the stove over medium high heat add the oil, butter, chicken, minced garlic, and seasonings. Cook the chicken through, once it’s cooked stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan. Let the sauce thicken for a couple of minutes then stir in the reserved pasta water. Stir in the cooked pasta and enjoy
