This Maple Glazed Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli tastes like Fall in a bowl! Sweet maple glaze, tender chicken, and crispy veggies cozy up together on a sheet pan to make an easy and delicious meal.
This is one of those meals that makes you feel nice and cozy inside. Something about a warming plate of roasted potatoes and maple just makes you want to bundle up in some blankets and stay inside all night! Make this on a chilly Autumn evening if you want to really get into the spirit of Fall.
Maple Glazed Chicken
This maple glazed chicken is so delicious and so easy to make. All you have to do for this meal is chop your veggies, make the maple glaze, season your chicken, pour the glaze on the chicken, and bake. I like to toss the veggies halfway through so that they cook evenly and get cripy on all sides.
I like to use chicken tenderloins instead of chicken breasts because they don’t require cutting and make serving them up easy.
You could serve this meal with my Easy One Hour Dinner Rolls, or a side of rice or pasta.
How to Make Maple Glaze
This maple glaze is so easy. All you have to do is melt butter and maple syrup together in a pan. The easiest! Then, you can use it to coat your chicken. You can even use it for any extra veggies you have. It would be delicious on sweet potatoes or butternut squash… and it would be great on pancakes too, haha!
Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies
Sheet pan meals are so easy and fast to make for dinner. I love making sheet pan chicken and veggies for a full meal. In one pan you get your protein and veggies, and you can serve it with a grain like rice or pasta for a complete and balanced meal.
I always use my Nordic Ware sheet pans to make my sheet pan meals because they heat evenly and everything always comes out cooked nicely.
Here are a few of my favorite sheet pan chicken and veggies meals.
