Ingredients
1 1/2 cups uncooked dry lentils
1/4 yellow onion, diced
6 large carrots, diced
6 cloves of garlic, minced
3 bullion cubes
14 oz can diced tomatoes
4 1/2 cups water
Directions
- Rinse the lentils in a mesh strainer to clean the lentils.
- Add the lentils and remaining ingredients into the slow cooker stir well.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the lentils are tender
