Lemon Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
12 oz can chicken, drained
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 lemon juiced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
- To a large pot of boiling water on your stove, add in the spaghetti, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Once the spaghetti is almost through cooking, remove a 1/2 cup of the water that the spaghetti is cooking in and set the water to the side. Drain the spaghetti and set the spaghetti to the side.
- To a large pan on the stove over medium heat add in the butter, once the butter has melted stir in the minced garlic
- Now add in the chicken and seasonings. Let the chicken cook in with the seasonings and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream, lemon, and Parmesan cheese stir. Let the Parmesan melt down then stir in the reserved pasta water. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti and serve
