Why are they called dump-and-go recipes?
They get their name because you dump the ingredients into the slow cooker and then set it to cook for the rest of the day. Talk about an easy recipe!
Can you turn these into Instant Pot recipes?
Most of the time you can! However, the ones with rice or quinoa will be a bit more tricky to convert easily into an Instant Pot recipe.
For those that don’t have rice or quinoa be sure to set the Instant Pot to high pressure and let the chicken recipes cook for 8-10 minutes with a natural release.
Pork recipes can vary depending on the cut of meat, but it can range anywhere between 20-60 minutes in the Instant Pot with a natural release.
