German Pancakes

Ingredients
5 tbsp butter
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425℉. While the oven is warming up, put the butter in a 9×13 baking dish and place in the oven until the butter is melted.
- In a blender, combine the flour, eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour all the batter into the baking dish with the melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and puffy.
- Serve with maple syrup, a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and fruit. Enjoy!
