Get the great taste of a traditional cheesecake dessert recipe but with a lot less step in this easy recipe. Plus when you use a store-bought graham cracker crust it also cuts down on the step to make this perfect dessert.
A classic cheesecake normally takes a lot of Philadelphia cream cheese and is a baked cheesecake in a water bath. Not this great recipe the main difference is you don’t have to do the hardest part of baking the cheesecake!
Ingredients for No Bake Cheesecake:
- Crust: you will need to get a premade store-bought graham cracker pie crust
- Cream cheese: use your favorite brand of cream cheese and leave it out to soften
- Sugar: to get the creamy texture of the cheesecake you will need to use powdered sugar
- Extract: use the pure vanilla extract you have on hand from the grocery store or homemade vanilla extract.
- Whipped topping: use thawed whipped topping
- Optional toppings:
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh raspberries
- Caramel or chocolate drizzle or both and pecans
How to make No Bake Cheesecake:
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together with a hand mixer until silky and is forming stiff peaks.
Stir in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread this inside of the prepared ground cracker pie crust. Chill for 4 hours to give the pie enough time to set up.
Top with your favorite toppings.

Fridge: Place foil over top of this no-bake version of cheesecake and store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.

If you choose to make your own graham cracker crust with graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a pie plate you are more than welcome to! However, I like to keep it simple with this no bake cheesecake recipe and just get a store bought pie.

Do I need a spring form pan?
