Dump and go No-Peak Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
10 oz 1cream or mushroom with roasted garlic soup (or any “cream of” soup will work)
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 cup uncooked jasmine (or white) rice
3 large chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray. - To the baking dish add in the water, cream of soup, and Lipton onion soup mix whisk well to combine the ingredients. Now stir in the rice. Place the chicken breasts over the top and season them with the salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover the top tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until the rice is tend and the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
