Dump and Go Taquito Casserole

Ingredients for Dump and Go Taquito Casserole

How to make this easy dinner casserole recipe:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Grease a 9×13 baking dish


Spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.

Place the frozen taquitos in a single layer over the refried beans.

Pour the enchilada sauce over the top.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes. 

Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle it with shredded cheese. 
Bake for 10 more minutes until the cheese is melted.

Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

  • 16 oz can refried beans

  • 19 oz can enchilada sauce

  • 2 cups shredded Mexican style cheese

  • Optional toppings for the end: guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce, lime, and more
