- Taquitos: you will need to use frozen taquitos about 20-25 for this recipe
- Bean: use canned refried beans
- Sauce: you will need to use a can of red enchilada sauce
- Cheese: I like to use shredded Mexican-style cheese
- Optional toppings for the end: guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce, lime, and more
How to make this easy dinner casserole recipe:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
Place the frozen taquitos in a single layer over the refried beans.
Pour the enchilada sauce over the top.
Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle it with shredded cheese.
