How to Make Crescent Roll Sausage Egg Casserole
Step 1
Brown the sausage in a large pan. If you’re using sausage links, slice them up after cooking. If you’re using sausage crumbles, break it up as you’re cooking it.
Step 2
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll the crescent rolls and arrange them in the bottom of the dish, covering the entire bottom of the dish, and pinching the seams of the rolls together.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs and the seasonings together in a bowl.
Step 4
Assemble the casserole by arranging the sausage over top of the rolls, then pouring in the egg mixture over top.
Step 5
Bake for 22-28 minutes at 350 F and serve! You can top with chopped tomatoes, salsa, cilantro, or really anything you like.
