Microwave Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/4 tsp cinammon
1/3 cup all purpose flour
3 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk
2 tbs canola oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Crumble Topping
1 tbs flour
1 tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp softened butter
Directions
- In a regular sized mug, mix the first cinammon, flour, sugar and baking powder together.
- Add in the wet ingredients and mix well
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Mix together crumble in a little bowl and add tot he top of the cake
- Microwave additional 30 seconds Enjoy
