Chicken Mushroom Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb raw chicken breast, cubed
1 3/4 cup uncooked penne pasta
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup water
8 oz white mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- To a large bowl add in the cream of soup, milk, seasonings, water, and broth whisk well now add in the chicken, pasta, and mushrooms.
- Spray a large casserole dish or 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray. Place the casserole into the baking dish and spread out cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover and stir in the sour cream and sprinkle the cheese over the top bake for an additional 10 minutes.
