Ingredients
4 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-10oz can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup (or normal cream of mushroom soup)
12 oz bag frozen peas and carrots
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 – 11.36oz box red lobster biscuit mix
4 tbsp melted butter
2 1/2 cups milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- To a big bowl add in the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, cream of soup, frozen peas and carrots, one cup of milk and the seasonings stir well and set to the side.
- Into another bowl add in the biscuit mix with the seasoning packet, melted butter and 1 1/2 cups of milk stir well.
- Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray add the casserole in and spread it out now pour the biscuit mix over the top and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
