Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
7 pieces of bacon (or 1/2 cup pre cooked crumbled bacon)
1 cup sour cream OR Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
30 oz bag tater tots
1/3 cup colby jack cheese on top
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook the bacon on the stove according to the package instructions. Crumble the bacon into smaller pieces
- To a large bowl add in the sour cream, milk, cream of chicken soup, pepper and ranch seasoning whisk well. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese, and chicken.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Place half of the tater tots onto the bottom of the baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture over the tater tots. Sprinkle the top of the tater tots with the cooked crumbled bacon. Pour the remaining tater tots over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until tater tots are cooked through and golden
