Chicken and Yellow Rice Casserole

Ingredients
9 oz bag yellow rice
1 1/3 cup water
2 -10 oz cans cream of mushroom soup (or any cream of soup)
1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips (or boneless thighs)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- To a large bowl add in the rice, water, and cream of mushroom soup stir well to combine the ingredients
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray add the rice mixture in and spread it out
Place the chicken on the top and sprinkle on the seasonings - Cover tight with foil bake for 75 minutes or until the rice is tender
