Jump to RecipeChicken Alfredo is one of those dishes that everybody likes. It doesn’t matter who you are: everybody loves it! Sometimes you need a dish that everyone is going to like, and even the pickiest eater likes Alfredo sauce and pasta.
This Chicken Alfredo dish only requires one baking dish, less than 10 ingredients, and 5 minutes of prep time. It’s one of the easiest and most delicious dishes that you can make this week!

Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake Ingredients
This is truly one of the easiest dishes I have ever created. It’s so simple thanks to the jarred sauce, and you can make it even easier by using rotisserie chicken.
- minced garlic
- chicken broth
- cooked chopped chicken (I cooked my chicken in the instant pot, but you could use rotisserie chicken as well)
- Alfredo sauce (I used a jar of Prego)
- shaped pasta (penne, bow tie, or small shell)
- Parmesan cheese
- mozzarella cheese

How to Make Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake
I sound like a broken record, but this recipe is truly so stupidly easy anyone can make it. Even if you think you’re a terrible cook, this will come out amazing.
To make this dish, start by preparing your baking dish. Spray with some non-stick spray to make sure nothing sticks to the sides. You’ll be mixing everything up in this dish, so spraying it well is key.
Next, mix all the ingredients except the cheese together in the baking dish. That’s right, just stir it up right in the dish. No need for another bowl. This is truly a one-dish-dirtied kind of meal. Make sure that everything is stirred up well, and that the pasta is all covered with the liquid. Bake for about 40 minutes covered with foil.
After 40 minutes, sprinkle the cheese on top of everything, and bake, uncovered, for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve this alone or with a side of steamed veggies or a side salad. Enjoy!
Hi Julia! I threw this on the list for next weeks dinners. I plan on adding some broccoli. Have you ever tried adding fresh or frozen veggie to this one?
I love the recipe but it makes so much. If i split into two, would it be better to freeze this before baking or after?
Thanks
I love this recipe (and all the other recipes featured in this video, but especially this one). I have taken this recipe and substituted different meats and/or sauces, cheeses and it just makes dinner so easy! I love popping it in the oven and forgetting about it for a while. No stirring, no straining, and the pasta ends up much more flavorful because it just soaks in all the flavor.
I just wanted to tell you, I love watching you on YouTube. Your recipes look so yummy. I have tried some and they are easy and delicious. Since I am by myself, I try to make your recipes smaller. I made your Baked Cheesy Tortellini. I made it into 2 8×8 pans, baked one and froze the other until a future supper. I have gotten the smaller baking tins from the Dollar Tree and I’m looking forward to making more dishes for the freezer. Your freezer meals look easy to break down into smaller meals.
Thank you again for making mealtime fun again
