Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 cup sour cream
1 cup colby jack or sharp cheddar cheese
1.5 cups of French’s original crispy fried onions
24 oz frozen broccoli florets
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325℉
- In a sauce pan, add in can of soup, sour cream, 1/4 cup colby jack cheese and french onions. Mix together over med heat until well combined. Optional, add cooked meat at this point.
- Pour in frozen broccoli, stir well and remove from heat.
- Add to greased 2 QT baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Pull out of oven, add additional french onions and 3/4 cup colby jack cheese and bake additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
