Butter Chicken – 20 Minute Dinner

Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil
1 white onion, diced
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs minced ginger
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
8oz tomato paste
1 tbs garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs water
1 cup heavy cream
Directions
- To a large skillet over medium heat add the oil once the oil is hot add the onion and saute until soft. Now stir the minced garlic and ginger in for 30 seconds.
- Add in the chicken, tomato paste, seasonings, and water let cook stirring frequently for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let the chicken cook through, stir frequently. Once the chicken is cooked enjoy your butter chicken over a bed of rice with naan bread on the side.
