Ingredients

  • 1 log crescent roll dough

  • 1/2 lb cooked crumbled sausage

  • 1 cup frozen & defrosted hash browns

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • Pepper

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Over medium heat, begin cooking sausage to a large frying pan, crumbling the meat as you go – about 15 minutes.
  • Roll out crescent dough and form in pizza pan. Pinch edges to form a crust.

  • Add the cooked crumbled sausage, defrosted hash browns, and cheese to the pizza pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pizza pan.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375℉ for about 30 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
