BBQ Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
Coleslaw Ingredients:
4 tbs mayo
1 tbs sour cream
dash of pepper
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 thinly sliced white onion
1 shredded carrot
1/2 of a green thinly sliced cabbage
Chicken Ingredients:
2 medium chicken breasts (sliced in half horizontally)
2 tsp olive oil
paprika
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
1/3 cup bbq sauce.
4 flour tortillas
Spinach
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the first 6 coleslaw ingredients together, then add the in remainder of the ingredients and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- In a pan, heat oil and add the chicken. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Cook thoroughly.
- Brush bbq sauce on the cooked chicken.
- In a flour tortilla, add chicken, coleslaw, spinach and any other favorite toppings and roll it up. Enjoy!
