Baked Feta Pasta

Ingredients
16oz Cherry Tomatoes
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Tsp Dried Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
6 Cloves Garlic
8oz Feta Cheese
8oz Pasta Noodles (I used Mezzi Rigatoni)
Reserve 3/4 Cup of pasta water
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil
Directions
- In a 9×13 baking dish add the first 7 ingredients
- Bake on 400 degrees for 30 minutes
- Boil your pasta at this point. Reserve 3/4cup of the pasta water
- Once out of the oven remove the peel off your garlic (if you haven’t ent already) add the fresh basil and mash everything together.
- Add the pasta water in. Stir to combine
- Add in the cooked drained pasta stir and serve!
