Baked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloins
2 tbs mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In a bowl add the chicken and the mayonnaise, stir to coat the chicken in the mayonnaise
- In a large ziplock bag add the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs shake to combine
- Grease a sheet pan with nonstick spray
- Place 2 chicken tenderloins in the ziplock bag with the breadcrumb mixture shake to coat
- Place the tenders on the sheet pan in a single layer, repeat with the rest of the tenders
- Bake for 8 minutes then flip the tenders and continue to bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
