Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins

  • 2 tbs mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • In a bowl add the chicken and the mayonnaise, stir to coat the chicken in the mayonnaise
  • In a large ziplock bag add the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs shake to combine
  • Grease a sheet pan with nonstick spray
  • Place 2 chicken tenderloins in the ziplock bag with the breadcrumb mixture shake to coat
  • Place the tenders on the sheet pan in a single layer, repeat with the rest of the tenders
  • Bake for 8 minutes then flip the tenders and continue to bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
