Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon, cut into bite sized pieces

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup Bisquick

  • 1 cup colby jack cheese

  • 2 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

  • To a skillet over medium heat on the stove add the bacon and cook through. Remove to a plate lined with paper towel and set to the side.
  • To a large mixing bowl add the eggs, Bisquick, cheese, milk, cooked bacon, and seasonings. Whisk to combine the ingredients.
  • Pour into a slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours or until the egg has set. Serve with your favorite toppings and Enjoy!
