Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn

  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil

  • 1/2 large red onion diced

  • 2 avocados diced

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  • On a cutting board cut the kernels off each of the ears of corn.
  • In a large bowl add all of the ingredients in stir everything together, chill for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
