The EASIEST Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 medium thick boneless pork chops
1 large onion, cut into rings
10 oz can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup water
1 oz dry ranch dressing mix
1 oz dry onion soup mix
Dash of salt and pepper
Directions
- In the slow cooker, add half of the onions as the first layer. Place the pork chops in one layer. Add the rest of the onions on top.
- In a medium sized bowl add in the cream of (mushroom and cream of mushroom garlic) soups and water in. Whisk. Pour into the slow cooker. Pour the dry onion and ranch mix over the top of everything along with a dash of salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 5 – 6 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes!

Iโve made these a few times and they always turn out amazing! Even my kids love it! I use thin boneless pork chops so Iโll cut cooking time down a bit. Served over egg noodles is our favorite too. Thanks for another delicious recipe:-)
