  1. It took much longer, about an hour and 30 minutes total. I was waiting and waiting for my orzo + cream + chicken broth to become thicker but it took SO LONG! I don’t know why…I would use half the amount of chicken broth and half & half. I followed exactly and I’m disappointed at how long it look and the amount of excess liquid. I thought it was supposed to be an easy dinner and while we liked the taste, I don’t think I’d ever attempt again.

  2. We made this and it’s wonderful, thank you for sharing! My whole family loved it, even the asparagus.

  3. This recipe is DELICIOUS! We loved it! Thank you for sharing!

  4. This is dynamite! It’s super creamy and has great flavor. A new favorite meal I cannot get out of my mind. I made it last Fall and have been craving it ever since! I had trouble securing orzo this time, so I bought an extra box once I found it, so I can make it this week (and again soon!) Thank you so much, Julia!

  5. I didn’t have asparagus, so I substituted green beans. It was really good! My family loved it, and there were no leftovers.

  6. This was delicious, Julia! I saw your YouTube video for this and just made it tonight. It was a huge hit with my family! Thank you!
