Ingredients
1 Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin
1 lb red potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
1 lb trimmed green beans
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the tenderloin in the middle of the sheet pan
- Place the bite sized red potatoes and the trimmed green beans on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and season with all of the seasonings rub the oil and seasonings all over the veggies
- Place in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until cooked

Seasoned to perfection. I threw my veggies in at the last 15 minutes.
My vegetables came out burnt. I would bake potatoes with pork for 15 minutes toss them then add the beans to bake for 15 minutes.
Our stores do not carry roasted garlic and black pepper pork tenderloin. How you I do this myself? Thank you. You do a good job.
